Uyen, 49, a boat taxi operator, rows through a river neighborhood on the Hau Giang River, a tributary of the Mekong River, in Long Xuyen, the capital of An Giang Province, Vietnam. Uyen has operated a boat taxi for almost 20 years. When the Mekong River reaches Vietnam it splits into two smaller riveres.
