Tourists guide burns incense at an alter in memory of those who died at  Phu Hai Prison on Con Son Island, part of the Con Dao Islands.The 16 mountainous islands and islets are situated about 143 miles southeast of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, in the South China Sea. Phu Hai Prison, which was built in 1862, is the largest and oldest prison on Con Son Island.  Eleven prisons were built on the island and are now open for tours.
